They provide a wide variety of entry-level truck driving jobs that are perfect for our Class A CDL graduates. Schneider’s trucking programs include OTR, regional, and dedicated routes while offering different freight types such as van truck-load, intermodal, tanker, and refrigerated. Schneider also provides tuition reimbursement to drivers that qualify. Schneider will work alongside our students to provide them with tuition reimbursement after graduation.

Drivers that work with Schneider have access to Freightliner Cascadia’s with next-gen technology. Each truck has a memory foam mattress, built-in refrigerators, satellite radio, and traffic cameras to help each driver do their job successfully. The average age of Schneider’s fleet is less than three years old, with any equipment that needs to be repaired being serviced by their 700 diesel technicians.
Truck Driver Pay
Drivers for Schneider have different payment options based on the type of jobs they do. Schneider reviews its pay and benefits packages weekly to stay highly competitive in the trucking industry and keep its drivers happy. The base pay is either per mile or per load. Drivers can also receive performance pay and bonuses such as safety and fuel management, sign-on bonuses, and referral bonuses.
